When a passion and career come together
I was born in Sardinia in 1976, and I moved in Milan when I was 19. I studied Economy and I worked as a Manager for almost 20 years in a big TV company.
My first approach with Pilates was in 2003 in Milan to solve a shoulder pain. I fell in love with the method and I never stopped practicing it.
When I moved to Munich, finding a new studio was a priority. I trained for 2 years, then I became mum of 2 daughters and I never stopped training even pre and post pregnancy.
The meeting with great teachers with passion and with the original method, has further strengthened my desire to deepen and know the classic method.
I started the Comprehensive Classic Program in Munich by The Pilates Standard´ education program creates by Bob Liekens. Bob was a second generation teacher, formed by Romana Krysanowska and writer, with her, of the first teacher training manual.
After 2 years and more than 600 practicing hours I became a Certificated Classic Pilates Teacher and, as a “The Pilates Standard” teacher, I ensure the Joe Pilates legacy, teaching the original method and working to progress my students effectively.
My education is constantly evolving with advanced training courses with renowned trainers such as Jerome Weinberg, Gloria Gasperi, Lori Coleman-Brown, Karine Cid.
“My mission is to give relief to those who need, to make all those who approach the Pilates method healthy and toned even out of curiosity and to convince yourself that you can no longer live without it.”
