WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR A PILATES LESSON?

You should wear comfortable clothing, stretchy or loose is not important, gym wear is fine. We recommend no buckles or zips. The class can be done in bare feet or in socks that have grips on the soles.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR A PILATES LESSON?

Just bring your water bottle! We will provide for all you need 😉

I’VE NEVER HAD ANY PILATES LESSONS BEFORE, IS IT OK?

Absolutely yes! Pilates is a journey, everyone starts from the basic level to improve their capabilities slowly and according with their rhythms.

CAN PILATES CHANGE MY BODY SHAPE?

Most definitely. Pilates works to stretch the muscles and make them more toned and for a leaner overall appearance.  It will also strengthen your core and improve your posture by lengthening your spine
